Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Nutri Nucleus. We are committed to delivering your Heme Iron supplements quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below for orders within the United Kingdom.
1. Shipping Destinations
At this time, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- Please note that deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man may incur longer transit times.
2. Order Processing & 3PL Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled through our dedicated third-party logistics partner warehouse.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, or during the weekend/bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery service selected.

4. Order Tracking
Once your Nutri Nucleus order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
5. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Incorrect Addresses: Nutri Nucleus is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package, our couriers will typically attempt a redelivery or leave the parcel at a local pickup point/safe place as per your courier preferences.
- Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our 3PL warehouse due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge a redelivery fee.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging our supplements, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Damaged Goods: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutrinucleus.org with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- Lost Parcels: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
