Returns & Refund Policy
At Nutri Nucleus, we stand behind the quality of our food supplements. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 7-Day Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
- To exercise this right, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplement bottles where the original heat-induction seal or outer shrink-wrap has been broken or tampered with.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Contact our support team at support@nutrinucleus.org with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of our UK 3PL Warehouse.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved or rejected (based on the seal condition).
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our manufacturing and quality control. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is faulty:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
- In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Opened bottles: For safety reasons, any supplement that has been opened cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nutrinucleus.org.
